Cecil is a multidisciplinary creative leader with over 25+ years of experience. Throughout his career, Cecil has worked with agencies of all sizes, from small local to Large Regional & National. His creative direction and thought leadership has earned him entrepreneur of the year in 2010 among his peers in a county wide recognition with Visalia Economic Development Corporation. For the past two decades, Cecil has focused his creative talents working in the challenging and dynamic field of digital products and solutions.
In 2002 Cecil founded Red Chair Marketing, a traditional advertising agency based in Visalia, California. He started Red Chair with the goal to create an environment void of egos, stale cubicles, and big agency layers. Instead, Red Chair was hyper focused on what matters most - the work, and most importantly the people doing the work. In other words, he wanted to work with cool people, in a cool environment, working on cool shit.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Brad fuel’s his drive to grow businesses by leveraging his past revenue generating experiences in advertising and design with clients throughout the U.S. at all levels of local, regional and national business. Brad is fluent in the traditional media and advertising industries as well as digital and online marketing and advertising. He has also spent a great deal of time working in the graphic design and printing components of design houses and advertising agencies.
Having lived in the Central Valley for almost a decade, Brad understand’s the differences in markets throughout California as well as the differences each area has to offer!
